It depends on where you are. Most orders will take 15-20 business days to arrive. Please allow a maximum of 30 business days for the order to arrive before contacting support. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Customers are strongly encouraged to open all items as soon as they are received to thoroughly inspect for any shipping-related damages. Damages due to mishandling by customers or installers are not covered and Ghost Carbon will not be responsible for any return or exchange accordingly. If you have received an damaged item please email us immediately & we will have it corrected. Any damages must be reported to Ghost Carbon within 5 business days of receiving the item in order to open a claim.

All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt at the customers expense. The item must be in an acceptable return condition upon inspection by Ghost Carbon, or an order cancellation is processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. The refund amount will be credited to the original credit card or payment method used for purchase less any restocking, cancellation, or processing fees.
